標題: Proficy Change Management 6.5 [打印本頁] 作者: zhangbing 時間: 2019-8-10 12:01 標題: Proficy Change Management 6.5 Proficy Change Management (PCM) is now supported on the latest operating systems including Windows Server 2008 (32-bit; 64-bit in WoW mode) and Windows 7 (32-bit; 64-bit in WoW mode).
For PCM, the order of install must be strictly followed by the integrated clients (iFIX and CIMPLICITY) and PCM software must be the last one to be installed. Install the respective SIMs only after the base software is installed. For example, if PCM needs to be used with Proficy iFIX then:
Install the Proficy iFIX application and its related software
Install the latest PCM application (this is for scheduler)
Install the necessary SIM updates for both software applications in the same order.
Machine Edition (ME) projects saved in a higher version (like ME 6.5 or above) cannot be compared from the PCM scheduler that is installed from lower versions of ME. A future SIM will address the PCM scheduler issue with ME 6.5 projects.
All PCM-related changes are in PCM 6.5 SIM4 and subsequent SIMs, so you must download and install the lastest SIM from the support site.
